The older Indian lady is very rude and the young Indian man giving food to the customers. Everyone else was nice. This is the... worst dunkin I have gone to the older Indian lady when I asked for my refund threw my receipt at me saying I wasn't getting mymoney back. Then when I asked to speak to a manager that's when I got my refund. I ordered at 8:51am and they were not on pointwith peoples orders. I got part of my order at 9:03 at 9:05 I asked for my money back after I continued to ask for my blackcoffee and being ignored. The rudeness was not needed at all a customer shouldn't have to wait almost 15 minutes for a coffeethen when u ask for a refund get a receipt thrown at you. Saying u can't give me my money back. They did not provide theservice. I will never go to the dunkin ever again. Read more

I ordered $40 worth of food and drinks on the app for pick up. Upon arrival I had to wait an additional 20 minutes because 3-4... items were missing and had to be made on the spot. When I started checking the food and noticed that one of the sandwiches hadmelted cheese next to and not on the actual sandwich, I asked them to please remake it. I was met with a lot of pushback.Although they were very slow, I can?t say they were rude, but they were not pleasant to deal with. Double check your bags beforeleaving. Read more
