The older lady who was the cashier was pretty rude to everyone. She would tell customers that she didn?t understand them instead... of informing them of an additional charge. When my husband?s hot cocoa was up and my husband wasn?t able to get it in a second,she screamed ?hello?!!!? instead of letting us know she?ll leave it on the counter.
