The older lady who was the cashier was pretty rude to everyone. She would tell customers that she didn?t understand them instead... of informing them of an additional charge. When my husband?s hot cocoa was up and my husband wasn?t able to get it in a second,she screamed ?hello?!!!? instead of letting us know she?ll leave it on the counter. So I have my Dunkin mobile app I use all the time. I also have my Starbucks App. My go to Coffee is a Large Cold Brew at Dunkin... and Nitro Cold Brew at Starbucks. For awhile now I wished Dunkin had this. Then I noticed not too long ago that at selectlocations they have an "On Tap" option! So Ive been waiting to finally try it! So I drove to this location in Bay Ridge andordered a Nitro Cold Brew on my app. I walk in and watch them make it and noticed right away something was wrong with the tap.It was spurting all over the guy making my coffee. Then when he was done and handed me the coffee it was literally a cup offoam. I told him there was something wrong with the tap and that I have a cup of foam and NO coffee. He looked at me like I wascrazy. So I dont know if this is normal but comparing it to the Nitro at Starbucks, this is NOT good. So I finally tell him topour most of it out and then mix it with the cold brew on tap. It tasted horrible. Never again will I order this nor drive outof my way for that experience again. Read more
Biggest pro: one of the few Dunkin locations which sells donuts with chocolate cream, Biggest con: no place to wash your hands... as there was no toilet to be seen. However the store was exceptionally clean and even the equipment had a shiny gleam. Thestore was unusually busy for its size, due to the location choicen near mass transit evidencing a business owner who is mostwise.
