I really tried to like this Dunkin but every time I've gone there and ordered a matcha latte, they put far too little matcha so... I basically just end up with a cup of milk. I asked for extra matcha once as well and he charged me even though the end resultwas just a regular matcha latte. This time I just waited for them to bring out the drink and then asked for them to add matchabecause it tastes like milk and they told me it was like that because I asked for less ice. Less ice does not mean the ratio ofmatcha to milk should be less. I've never had this problem at any other Dunkin so I'm pretty disappointed that they keptinsisting that that is the way it should be. Just a pretty basic d&d though I will say it was rather dirty , a lot of wrappers every where on the tables and on the floor . I... don't really think it's all the employees fault ,I think the customers should learn how to at least do their part to keepcommunal spaces clean but that's a horse of a different color entirely. There were only 2 people on staff so it was basiccustomer service , polite . Read more

Quick and easy. I like the new remodel version of this DD because they take some time and made entries for people with... disability and handicaps and are good for people who have strollers. And they have a new sitting area + you could see what theydoing in the back with a display of donats in the front. Read more
I'm sorry but this is the worst Dunkin Donuts I've been to in recent times. They used to be good... waaaay back in the day. But... a couple years ago I got a drink there and it tasted like spoiled milk. I had to throw it out and I couldn't even go back to geta replacement by then. That wasn't my first subpar experience there so I decided to stop going here and go to another nearby oneinstead. Fast forward to today when I decided to try here again because maybe it was just that one time and it's better now. Gota frozen cap and..... I'm not even sure this is what a frozen cap should be like. It doesn't taste good. It's very watery. Alsohas a weird flavor not much unlike the last time when I had to throw it out. :/ What happened? Why can't they make good drinksanymore? Maybe their donuts are decent, idk. The Dunkin on east 10th is way better imo. Two stars because I felt bad leavingjust one. Be advised that veggie bacon is served here. The vegan sausage is okay but does quite do it for me. The coffee is fresh, the... store is usually clean and there is a good amount of seating. Read more
