Quick and efficient with polite staff
I walked in as there was no one at the register. I waited a few minutes to see if someone would I'll be right with you but no... one said anything. They just kept doing what they were doing. Eventually a young man came over and asked what I needed. Iordered a ice coffee which was made before I could get to the other end of the counter so kudos to the young lady who did thatbut. There customer service skills need a refresher as when someone comes in they need to recognize them instead of ignoringthem until they are ready to help. Read more

Try ordering on the app because it takes kinda long if you order in person. The staff is nice and it is always clean in there.
This review is for the Dunkin? Donuts on Ralph Ave (near Farragut Road / Foster Ave) Breads are always hard. They?re never soft... so it leads me to believe they may be day old items they attempt to get rid of first. You have to watch them make yoursandwiches or when warming up your bagel twists? again breads will be hard but most importantly they tend to be a littlecareless with your orders and not properly assemble, or follows directives given. Also there?s have been times when my breakfastsandwich (meat and eggs) have not been properly cooked. There appears to be a preference for Indian staff as the manager isIndian as well. While he does attempt to correct deficiencies a lot of it pertains to having staff that lack comprehension/English language? he will however keep the American or English speaking staff members at the register but you can see it isdifficult for them to ring customers up, make the coffee, and assist in providing correction / guidance to the ones making thesandwiches.
