I usually go here during the evening and there are usually a duo of nice ladies that run the store who are nice and get... everything done fast. Today I walked in in the morning right before my bus. Not a long line so I thought hey I?ll order quicklyand just leave. The two men running need to be fired or warned. I?m standing there and one is making a drink while the other ismaking sure the drink he made sits nicely on the counter and then both as they walk by me make eye contact with me and thenignore me. I don?t understand if its store policy but those men then proceeded to engage in a conversation while there were twocustomers at the counter (me and someone else). I left because my bus was already coming and I honestly would?ve told themsomething if it wasn?t for the fact that I had to catch a bus. Read more
I live across the street from this Dunkin and I visit often. The Dunkin shares a space with Basket Robbins. The service at this... location can be hit or miss. They usually have a younger staff and it's usually only one person. There is almost always a linefor ordering and picking up since, it's one person doing both jobs. Very bad customer service. People will be waiting to order and the staff will just ignore them and keep doing what they?re... doing. I had my train coming and wanted to get coffee before, but didn?t have enough time because employees were just ignoringcustomers, so I walked out? Tried to use QR CODE from app ?free coffee? and said the qr is not working, so tried to used other coupon however he just scan... the qr to make me pay without consent for the coffee that was suppose to be free. Do not go here, they will scam you Read more
Great Dunkin location! Very clean and Very Fast!! They have ice cream here also. The mobile order pick location is clearly... marked. The menu is digital and easy to read. The workers change gloves between every order. Read more
The worst. 9:15 am I got a stale hard donut. Stay away from this place. Never had I gotten a yesterday donut in any Dunkin.
Walked in this morning and NO ONE (no customers) was in the store. The employee just walked by me, not ever a greeting, and... attended a online order. He took his time ignoring me, and had me standing there for 5 minutes before even looking at me. DD hasnever been good at customer service, but lightly it seems almost purposely. Read more
