I'm usually a pleasant person to people but I have to be bluntly honest. This location doesn't even try. These other reviews... must be 100% fake because everytime I've ordered from this place this messed up my ordered. Fooled me 3 times but never againwill I order from here. The staff must be absolutely brain dead. How do I order two items and ya forget a whole item and mess upmy coffee. I'm a big dunkin donuts supporter especially my wife since she buys from this company every day basically but thislocation. Big Fat ZERO. i don?t really like this Dunkin? , there very slow when it comes to a lot of things , there?s always a line and my cousin used... to work there and she quit because of the unreasonable schedules and terrible management issues and the under staffing. Staff are friendly, it's a nice and clean environment, and the food and drinks are quick to deliver, why 2 stars? Extremely... expensive to get the simplest of things, looks like the pandemic changed most fast food outlets to charge an arm and a leg justto get a bagel and a drink. OLD Review: This is a not a very well run Dunkin Donuts. Sometimes the policies make no sense at all. Thelatest is you cannot add money to your Dunkin Card from a CC. That?s because they had a fraud charge. Well now all your othercustomers have to suffer. You can just install a chip compatible machine or find another solution - instead other customers haveto suffer. Read more
