Former employee here. I couldn?t last a month the roach infestation is absolutely ridiculous. In my time there I?ve never had a... shift without seeing a few roaches throughout the store. My first day there (shortly after the stores renovation) I picked up abroom to sweep and it was swarming with roaches at the bristles. The espresso machine and blender are crawling with babyroaches. The section where sandwiches are made and food ingredients are held also have roaches occasionally. Once I even saw aroach embedded inside the tub of butter. After asking my manager and coworkers about it they all said it?s been like this foryears. Just absolutely REVOLTING, and it sickens me thinking about how I was a daily customer here that would buy food and drinkbefore going to school. Read more

The staff could do so much better with their attitudes and how they function. I try not to go here because most of the items... suck at this location. Seems like they never have almond milk ? One time I ordered a breakfast sandwich and also ordered thesnack bacon through the mobile app - not only they got my order wrong, the girl asked me what else what I was waiting for. Toldher I was waiting for the bacon that I ordered. This dummy heats up the bacon that goes on sandwiches and puts it in the baconwhich saturated the bag with grease. It wasn't even worth going back to the store. I know being between two hospitals can bestressful but come on, man. I also wish they would do something about the panhandlers that LOVE to stand outside the storefrontand hassle you for change. Read more
