So like, what?s the deal with the closing time? It gets earlier and earlier. It?s 7:10pm and the manager is there talking about... ?no 2 for 6 sandwiches today, the kitchen is closed?. (All with lots of attitude). Manager also LOVES to scream at and belittlehis employees. Seen it on multiple occasions. - I?m sure the franchise owner wouldn?t be happy to hear the practices that comeout of here. Would put 0 stars if it was an option. Read more

I lived in the neighborhood and I?ve been there a couple of times, they take for ever and worst sometimes there is only 1... customer in front of me and that?s been waiting there for like 5 mins just to place his order and 3 sales associates couldn?tmake the service faster. I waited like 10 minutes just to place my order,with nobody else in front of me. And the salesassociates decided to do something else. This is the slowest Dunkin? Donuts! They are not organized sandwiches come out sloppy. The dining area is full there are 3 ppl... on shift.
