Went there today and ordered through APP. Label specifically states I ordered brown sugar cinnamon cold brew with pumpkin cold... foam. They give me no cold foam and then argue with me it's 75 cents extra and that not what I ordered. The label clearlystates that's what I ordered and paid for! I've been going to this Dunkin off and on for 4 years when I pass through that area. staff is usually decent but not all the... time. Sometimes they (not all but too many times) act as if they don't know what they have. Previously I asked for a milk shakewith vanilla, one of the guys says "No vanilla" so I walk over to the glass and vanilla is there. That has happened more thanonce. So today I ordered a Large Iced Chai Tea with 1 Sugar, Less ice and 2 Chicken Bacon Croissant stuffers using the mobileapp. I always do this as it's faster to order ahead and it's ready. It was almost 8am. I get there and they inform me there's nomore Stuffers. Ok, no big deal, the lady who is making the food just says "No more" doesn't offer me anything else doesn't saytalk to the cashier nothing. So I ask to substitute them and she says yes. The Cashier comes over and speaks for the one makingthe food and I say ok "Let me get 2 Maple bacon croissant sandwiches". The Cashier says "yeah yeah" I show her the receipt andsay I have 2 make sure it's 2. The woman preparing the food hands me my bag, and it's 2 bags of Maple Bacon Snackers. I clearlyasked for the Maple bacon sandwiches, not Maple bacon snackers. Croissant stuffers are $3.99 each, why would I ask for a $2.79each replacement? That's not equal to it. I'm running late so although being annoyed I say forget it and leave, at least I gotmy Chai Tea. I taste the Chai Tea when I'm 3 blocks away and it's way too sweet. I asked for 1 Sugar because last week I tried 4and 2 and it was still made too sweet so I thought if I tried 1 sugar it would be perfect; NOPE tasted like 4 sugars. Theyprobably don't care, but I'm now going from a 4 year customer to never going there again. $10-$15 3 days a week or so to $0.This wasn't a hard issue to fix. They do not follow instructions. They got my complete order wrong and it was placed via Uber eats. When I looked at the receipt... they changed what was placed. I compared my receipt on Uber eats to what they printed out and it wasn?t the same. Their numberis a non working number therefore you cannot reach anyone. This location continues to mess up and needs to be shut down! Read more
I use the app to get my items. They are quick in getting an order together. When I do interact with them they are helpful. If... you don't use the app. the line can be long, just because people acknowledge the 6 feet rule. So use your app people. ???????? Read more
