Horrible customer service (staff regularly ignore customers, forget orders, serve customers out of turn); consistenly out of... stock with items that are listed as available both on the app and in store (I cannot tell you how many times I ordered aheadonly to be met with a non-prepared coffee because they're out of oatmilk, almond milk, AND/OR coconut milk while all 3 arelisted as available - it's a constant game of guessing which to order to avoid an additional 10 min wait); and this location isbeyond slow. I wish this Dunkin was not so close to my apt, but I've luckily found an alternate close to work that has none ofthese issues. Read more
Ok so I had a Disgusting experience at this location and before I decided to write I decided to read what other people?s... experience was and I can say that everything is so true the atmosphere the smell the food ???? I saw one guy said he comes inand buys his donuts and walks out and it?s not that bad, but how can you compare it to a signature latte that these people haveto put in some effort it shouldn?t taste like pee! Haven't had as bad an experience as some of the other reviewers at this location, but then again I just buy my donuts and leave.... If you happen to be craving donuts while in the area, seems like a good enough spot. Clean, quick, and the standard quality offoods you expect from any DD. Read more
I recently visited this DD chain and ordered a breakfast sandwich. I sat waiting at an unsanitary table for 10 minutes, but... alas, no sandwich was forthcoming, so I returned to the register and asked, ?Where is my breakfast sandwich?? The two employeeslooked at each other like ?huh?? They had completely forgotten (or ignored) my order, despite the fact that nobody was behind mein line. Five minutes later, I left with my breakfast sandwich (which tasted like horse manure, by the way). Thanks for nothing! Read more
