Donuts are never ever fresh from here. They sell them even though they are hard.
I went to this place yesterday with my son to buy their signature pumpkin spice latte and some munchkins. The latte tasted... disgusting and the donuts tasted stale. September 13. At 6pm. Whoever is the manager take a look at girl working there. Totally disrespectful. She told me they don?t ... have oat milk but they have almond milk. I said that?s okay. She poured leftover oat milk and asked me if I want to add almondmilk ?! I asked her to make a new one only with almond milk. She started being disrespectful. I told her to give me a refundthen. I never in my life thought I would actually ever take my time to review a place but this is one of the worst places you can... come. Please save yourself a bad experience and go to another Dunkin. I don't usually write reviews about things like this but at this... point, this is not my first experience with bad customer service at this location, with the same exact people. Whoever wasstationed at 7:30AM today. One who I guess is the Manager/Assistant Manager and the other a woman on cashier, they are horribleat understanding and hearing orders. I'm not sure if it's the language barrier or just a lack of common sense but these womansomehow mess up my order and other customers orders without fail. They turn a basic French Vanilla latte into a French Vanillacoffee. They put 7 sugars in one small coffee, if I wanted 7 sugars I would've asked. In order to insure they make your ordercorrectly, you have to speak slowly and repeat yourself and then double check to make sure they got everything. They don't giveyou your receipts. Lol please save yourself the headache, time, money and energy and go to another location. Read more
