Friendly staff. They try their best, but for the morning rush there should be a couple extra staff.
This Dunkin is absolutely horrible. The people who work here are always getting the order wrong. Or they don?t have many of the... classic food items. Management needs to do a way better job. Nothing about this establishment even wants to make you eat there,everything is very dark and looks almost unsanitary. Read more

They never have what you want, they act like they dont want to be there! The manager whos picture is on the door is always... taking his time, talking and joking with the ladies also working in the store and like the other commenter said, they dont makecoffee properly! I come here to get my coffee almost every day during the summer. I only gave it 3 stars because they usually get your order... wrong but they're still great workers. My best advice is to use mobile orders because the lines can get very long at times.Download the app place an order and it'll be ready when you get there and you get rewards points for a free beverage.
