The place looks dirty. The Address is 934 Kings Hwy in Brooklyn NY. Customer service is really bad. The person that help was... unprepared. I ask for a Coffee Latte and he served me cold milk mix with coffee, asked for a corn muffin, he look away like if Iwas asking for a meteorite. I Ask if they had a Blue berry corn muffin and he looked surprise, like I was asking for way toomuch; then he moved his body around and pointed at the half empty dirty looking donut display, so I could see that they wherepractically empty; and of course there was not a single muffin there. The worker there looks like he never received any kindof training, I would think that it is not his fault, it is due to poor training. Clean up your act 934 Kings Hwy Donkin. I hadvisited Dunkin Doughnuts shops from Brooklyn to Philadelphia and this is the only one that looks that ugly and the customerservice is just as bad. They horrible customer service. When call to make sure they received my order they tell me no and hang up before I get to say... the next word this happened twice. When I went to the location as-well to place an order on a drink I ask not mix the drink withanything because I don?t like the taste of it they tell me no because that?s how the drink is done. Doesn?t make sense if I?mpaying for what I want regardless of what?s in it. This is the only location that gives me issues. Another RED FLAG is that theydon?t change their gloves when dealing with money and going back to grab the food! Read more
Store manager needs to check the time employees close this store for customers. One day I came and wanted to buy regular coffee.... Barista was moping the floor and he said to me and couple behing me that they're closed. I knew I had 30 more minutes. So all ofus went to DD close to Kings Hway train station. Read more
