When we visited there were 2 employees talking on the phone with their family or friends while working. Then when we ordered... they tried to charge for a different drink and didn?t know how to make the drink. After the drink was good but caused me stomachproblems. Today I went to buy in this place some ice coffee for my friends and Smoothie for my self,and the guy who works there he is very... Rude and Irritating,I had few different kind of coffee to Oder but before we started Oder it he gets so quickly unExpectedBehave he did,if he doesn?t like his job then he should go home and stay at home but if he really cares about his customers thenhe should learn first how to deal with customers.he is working like he doesn?t like people will came to buy there anything or hedoesn?t like people who Oder different coffee at once at the time,he just looks so rush whatever he do there,every time when meand my friends go there to buy his behave is all the time not nice,but we just ignored it,but today I asked him if we asked yousome questions then why you get so angry then his replay was yes I get angry when you guys came here.also I Oder in small sizeof banana Strawberry smoothie and he made Medium size and I asked him that I ordered small size right so why did you made theMedium size so he said to me so rudely did you pay for it?so he works the way how he likes he really really doesn?t cares aboutcustomers.from today I promised to My self to not go this place again in my life.i never seen this kind of customer service in my life it was really really very bad experience in my life to go buy drink at Dunkin donut??. The guy behind the counter messed up my very simple order twice. I ordered 1 machiato , he poured 99% milk, didn't even bother... to make the espresso , he gave me what was left over . I ordered 1 iced coffee and got black coffee instead. All this time hewas talking on the phone and using profanity language talking to his friends who came to visit him. Never ever go to this Dunkin. The worst customer service ever at any fast food place. The person in the pictures will humiliate... you in front of other customers and will curse at you in front of everyone. Then won?t prepare your order on purpose. Will nevergo there again.
