I asked for caramel because I forget to add with my order. When I asked for caramel the girl with scarf on she was rude to me.... Then I went to manager for caramel he was saying he can?t give me. I come here everyday and never ever have I been so disappointed and disgusted by someone?s behavior here from the manner of... speaking and to refusal to make me something because he is alone. How on earth do u not make something because u alone? I meanthe Bussiness is loosing money because of worker like him and I won?t ever be back here anymore! I've been too many of them and they are mostly the same and one thing stands out is that they are very nice to their customers... however this one feels different. It's closed off the refrigerator access is closed the guy behind the register is tooaggressive and too straight forward. I don't like the setup but atleast the food came out right. This place is deteriorating and is poorly managed and maintained. It?s filthy and I wonder how clean the kitchen is. All the... tables were dirty, trash on the tables and floor. This place has stepped up in a big way in the last month (11/21/22). They seem to have gotten rid of some of their terrible... employees and some of the better staff are trying to keep things in order. Yes, the line can get long, but at least the staff iscompetent, courteous, and doing their best. At the very least, the orders are now done correctly. This is definitely animprovement from earlier in the year and so it deserves to be said. Read more
