My daughter got a strawberry donut yesterday from here yesterday, and today she is sick with food poisoning!
I worked in cafe shops and I've never seen a slower staff. The drinks are usually made well and the staff is friendly enough.... But the wait time is too long. Staff could work on being more outgoing. Been there several times and have only had 1 positiveexperience. You can be right in front of the register and not be acknowledged what so ever. Read more
The customer service is always good which is why I add the sole star. The food for whatever reason in this location specifically... is DISGUSTING ???? . No matter what sort of wrap or sandwich it always taste like it was given to me not fully done. Read more
Their latte machine is always broken. The lady who asked for my order looks at me confused every time as if I?m the employee.... Hardly communicates and left out of nowhere while I was giving her my order. She acts as if the job is a chore. Read more

They have NOTHING in stock all the time. It doesn?t matter how many times you ask for something the message will not be conveyed... to the person who places the orders. They would rather lose customers than carry the items that people want. Read more
