Pros: the tapas were tasty, the sangria was perfectly on point. The bottomless menu is worth it for the price. The service was... nice and polite. Dates wrapped in bacon are to die for. Cons: the seating situation is uncomfortable if you have a group of5. The desert was too bland and not good at all. The menu is actually confusing for the bottomless and it’s restricted to 1per table basically which was weird and really confusing the waitress said herself ..yeah it’s a bit weird.. overall nicelittle place for a short while. Excellent food (we got the potato, cauliflower, maitake, shrimp, and eggplant dishes) but there were a few things... lacking. First off, it was HOT in there. There were open flame candles on small, high top tables which I thought were adding tothe heat and seemed pretty unnecessary and dangerous The wait staff were insanely nice but very slow and not very attentive. Our food came out (by the runner) VERY quickly but after that, it took a LONG time to get waiters attention for water, dessert, closing out bill, etc. To be fair, the restaurant was 75% packed and there only seemed to be 2-3 waiters. The shrimp werelacking a bit - the oil was full of garlic and hot Chile but it still had no flavor. Great drinks (spicy mango mash and gingermojito) Overall, very good restaurant and since it came out to $100 pretip for 2 people with dessert and 2 drinks and 5 dishes(after which we were STUFFED) - I think it's a decent deal. Really enjoyable. The menu names are actually in Catalan not Castilian Spanish which is interesting. It is authentic to some... degree. The dishes are either really good or just what you’d expect. Service is fast and accommodating. Enjoyed my time hereand would come back. Read more

Delicious drinks, helpful staff and good food. Came here on a Tuesday and stumbled upon a “Tapas Tuesday” special -... unlimited tapas (from a selection of 5ish), 2pp at a time. Also ordered a couple meat dishes to round out our dinner. Left fulland tipsy - the perfect combination! Read more

El Born is a favorite of mine. I have been here on several occasions and the food has always been consistent. This place has a... great variety of tapas and also has paellas. So many good staples here. Read more

OMG I cannot say enough good things about my experience at El Born. We rented out the place on a Saturday night for our... engagement party and I couldn’t imagine having it anywhere else. 1. Elena was SO easy to work with. She was so accommodatingof all of the COVID related changes (we had to move it 3 times) and guest list changes all the way until the morning of 2. Thestaff was AMAZING!! They were truly like family by the time we left. They made the environment fun, full of love, and truly madeto feel like the most special bride-to-be 3. The food was a HIT! And there was plenty of it. Such a good deal if you are doing apay-per-head party. They didn’t skimp on anything and even sent us home with leftovers. Friends are still texting me about thepaella! THANK YOU FOR THE BEST NIGHT EL BORNE! ???? Read more

An experience we thought would truly be great turned out to be not so amazing. The menu items are extremely pricey. The octopus,... well tasted like it was dipped back in the ocean before serving. The mushroom dish was hard and unsharable. The drink menu isgood at best. The service is lagging and the server was a bit unfriendly. The decor is tasteful but the music was too Americanfor a Spanish/Spaniard tapas restaurant. The music at times was off putting and we ended up going elsewhere for a more relaxingambiance. Bathroom was clean. The place has weird acoustics. It can get really loud very fast. I would check this spot butwould use the above for guidance. Read more

So glad that I finally visited the place. The experience was great although I can tell they have limited staff. Kinda need to... wait a little bit since everyone is busy there, they are kind and welcoming. The dishes were good, I highly recommend the ?vealcheeks! It was well done!! Melting in your mouth with creative sauce. The only dish that I think it could be improved is paella. The seafood was not a lot and the taste can be more layers but not only saltiness. Still, a great place that worth to go fortapas! Read more
