This was a fantastic little place, the staff was so friendly and the food was really good. We got the guacamole (which I found... to be a very big portion), pork and shrimp tacos. The shrimp did have the slightest fishy odor and the pork was a little dry butbesides that tasted very good. The tacos were very little so they were served more as a tapas style I found Read more

Only had time to stop for one drink, but enjoyed my little time there. The drink special prices are nice. Louis was kind and... helped me make a selection. The setup is also very nice, and accommodates outdoor dining. If I had more time I would have stayedlonger. Read more

The food was fine, nothing to call home about, and the fish tacos and the filled poblano pepper were both too sweet. Inside the... music was too loud; sitting outside was nice, but there were pigeons walking right above the tables with the obvious allocatedrisks. Read more

Fantastic, family run Mexican spot in Brooklyn. Started only four months ago due to the closing of an established french... restaurant in the area - yet to have its alcohol license but they're more than happy to make a drink or suggest where to go tograb some wine/liquor should you want it. But back to the food, probably the best Al pastor tacos I've ever had and the Guac isa must have. I can not wait to come back as it's such a welcoming and friendly place. Easy ????? Read more

Authentic and delicious Mexican food. Great service and atmosphere. Their signature appetizer salad was so fresh and tasty.... Tacos were a hit. Great vegetarian options and the stuffed paper was AMAZING. The staff are so welcoming and overall theexperience was so great. We will definitely, 100% come back to try other things (and the margaritas). Highly recommend!!! Read more

Lotus Leaf and I came here for a catch-up brunch before the holidays. Upon entry, the restaurant was beautifully decorated but,... empty. Other than the one waitress and the chef in the back. They had Christmas music playing and the game on the few big screenTVs. Unfortunately, the restaurant was a bit on the colder side. I don't think they had the heat on and the area towards thebathroom was freezing. We ordered a Mexican hot chocolate ($3.50) to warm up. The hot chocolate was warm and tasty. I was ableto taste a hint of cinnamon. I love the cute mugs the hot chocolate came in. I ordered the chilaquiles de la casa ($14) andLotus ordered the Sunny Side Up eggs ($14). The dishes came out hot and beautifully presented with a big portion of food. However, my entree was disappointing and quite flavorless. The chips were drenched in tasteless sauce and quite soggy. Thesunny side eggs were delicious and the mole sauce was superb. The mole sauce was more chocolate-ly than other mole sauces I havetasted. I would definitely get this entree again if I am in the area. The brunch prices seem fair but, the dinner menu theprices were a bit more expensive. The service was okay. The waitress was friendly but, kinda went on with her life and didn'treally check in. Only when she was checking if we wanted to order more food. I noticed that they only offered virgin drinks andI don't think they have their liquor license yet but, they allowed you to bring your own. Read more
