Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with Energy Fuels prices and the upkeep of their store. I went to another juicing store... that was about five blocks away and it was much cleaner as well as their prices were much cheaper. The man working behind thecounter energy fuel preparing the juice was quite nice but the manager who came from the back kitchen made him change thealready high price I was being charged to even higher price after I was charged and already gave him the money. The pricedifference between energy fuel and Baya which is a much better store overall was almost $4. I will not be returning to energyfuel . My recommendation is not to take my advice but instead to visit both stores and see the difference for yourself. Sorry,two thumbs down for energy fuel; learn to treat your customers better. I went in today for an order to go- ordered a bowl and added avocado. When I arrived home to eat my lunch, to my surprise my... avocado slices were mostly black. This is the second time I had a poor experience at this location. A few months back, I went inabout half an hour before their closing time and wanted to order food and was told they aren't serving food. The lady at theregister was rude but I decided to overlook this, ordered an acai bowl (which was delicious) and then tried it out again today.I was again disappointed by staff and this time with the food as well. Gave this place a few chances? my first experience wasn?t the worst, but it wasn?t the greatest. I don?t expect healthy food to... blow my mind? but the second time, they decided to disregard the instructions/requests. The final attempt.. they finallylistened to my requests, however decided to add a nice amount of human hair to the mix. So? paid nearly 20 bucks for a nicecontaminated dish of chicken avocado and human hair. The business has the right to say ?it?s probably yours? which is thestandard rebuttal? but I?m nice and bald, so this 20 inch long brownish/possibly even auburn hair I had the pleasure of pullingout of my mouth mid meal is definitely not mine. I am always looking for healthy food and I am glad I found this place! I had the super protein plate which comes with Bison,... chicken, tomatoes, peppers, onions and a spicy sauce made from tahini and hot sauce. It was delicious! Probably need to order anextra sauce. I did order one but used it for my potatoes! This is a low carb dish so i paired it with air fried sweet potatofries. They cook them with NO oil - i checked. They are yummy! I love me some sweet potatoes. A couple of them were a littleburnt so i stayed away from those. After eating all the food, I felt full but relatively light and not stuffed or suffering froma carb coma - this is important to me. I also have a very sensitive tummy and i do not eat gluten or dairy or corn or eggs orsoy and i was able to find plenty of food in this restaurant, it tasted really good and didn't upset my stomach at all. There isno restroom though which is a struggle for me lol! The girl at the counter was not super nice at the beginning but i think i waskind enough and she became more and more helpful as i talked to her more and as I nicely insisted on getting answers regardingingredients in the different sauces. I personally did not think this place was overpriced at all. I got plenty of clean healthyfood for ~ $20. I definitely recommend this restaurant especially if you are into healthy eating.
