This place is so clean. Great customer care. The servers were caring and kind. And the food is delicious ????!

This is a restaurant I frequent all the time. However, in the mornings there is never anyone in the front. So when you come in... you have to either yell to let someone know you are there or just wait. This morning upon walking into the restaurant no one wasin the front again. There?s no bell or sound to even let someone in the back know that there is a customer that walked in. Uponalready waiting in the front for several minutes with no knowledgement a gentleman walked to the front. He says good morning andI reply back good morning. At this point Im thinking he?s going to take my order or at least tell me give us a minute someonewill be right with you. But nope. He just proceeds to warm up whatever he has in the microwave and walks back to the kitchenleaving me (the only customer in the front to wait again). This has happened to me on several occasions in the morning only.After waiting again I decided to leave being that I?m the ONLY customer in the store and had been waiting 10 minutes with no oneasking me what I wanted. This golden krust doesn?t even do breakfast specials but I go here out of convenience. Unfortunately Iwill not be returning back to this location. They sell old patties in the mornings. They?ve done this too many times. Will not be returning at all. So much for supporting... black businesses. Re:owners response The patties have consistently been old and dry with barely any meat. That is very badbusiness. I?ve been buying golden krust since it opened in the Bronx in the 90s. Five stars for being the best Golden Crust. Food is great! Staff is great and the environment is very friendly. You can sit down... and eat as the tables are generally always clean. Check out their cow foot soup with kidney beans--- heaven sent! Read more
