The food was relatively tasty and spiced well. Unlike every other reputable Thai restaurant I?ve been to, this location uses... CHINESE sauces in packets for takeout. I asked the front desk woman twice if I could have additional Thai sauces in the side,and she said that?s all they have. She responded like why would I ask for quality, fresh sauces when others just accept nosauces or mediocrity. I hope they improve this aspect of their business. Read more

The food was disgusting. I bought crab fried rice and the crab meat was dry and smelled horrible, it barely even had crab meat.... They filled the top of the rice with all these grass seasoning. I?ve ordered from this restaurant a few times before and the food is good. I decided to walk there instead to pick up my order... and was extremely disappointed in the customer service. I decided to dine-in instead of taking my food to go. When I asked if Ican sit inside, the hostess said ?yea? and left me to my own to pick a table to sit at. I didn?t think anything of it. I thoughtI was going to be given a glass of water and utensils since I?m now dining in, but I wasn?t. When I did ask for a fork, I wasgiven the plastic wrapped utensils. After about 20 minutes eating my food, I was looking to discard my trash, myself- but therewas no garbage can in sight. So I asked the same hostess if she can discard my trash for me and she responded ?yeah?. As I wasabout to leave, I smiled, turned and said ?thank you? and no response. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and repeated myselfjust in case she didn?t hear me and still no replied. I said it again and no response back instead she walked away, back to thekitchen. I am really disappointed with my experience as I?ve never dined in with them before. I felt very disrespected andignored as a customer. I ordered drunken noodles, calamari, chicken screw. Drunken noodles: very very dry, no flavors and extremely spicy, like I like... spicy food but this was so spicy my lips and tongue were red and swollen. Calamari: dry and soggy, do not recommend fordelivery Chicken screw: not even sure if it was chicken, the texture was a bit off for chicken but it?s taste pretty good andthe peanut sauce went great with it. Very very mediocre Thai food. Almost inedible. I ordered through Caviar because whoever the food photographer is, must have... styled the Pad See Ew like a magician. Im talking white meat chicken chunks with the skin on. Looks traditional and delicious.(See comparison photos below.) I swear I?ve fallen for this trick too many times with this place. That?s why I?m here writing abad review. The actual dish is shredded dry chicken covered in way too much sauce. The noodles are all stuck together into achunk of chewy gunk and vegetables range from decently cooked to almost frozen. I honestly don?t understand how they achieved tohave different temperatures of vegetables in one dish. Will never order from here again. There?s way better options in theneighborhood. Read more
