Girls that work there are extremely rude and unprofessional, the look of their faces are miserable as if they hate their lives.... I work in customer service as well and if my boss saw me act the same, I?d be fired. Step up your game and let people know thatyou are actually happy to see them! I always come to this place at kings hwy bc is close to my home but it seems that they changed administration and the ppl there... are rude, today I want to buy 2 mango milk slushy didn't have any flavor so I asked them to change them, they literally werelaughing on my face and saying things in Chinese and they just put the new ones on the counter with very rude attitude. May 2020 I didnt not realize multiple hairs in my drink until i was far from gong cha. I first almost swallowed some knotted... hair and then found this on the side of my cup 1 year ago: Cute small bubble tea shop. I love it and I love how accessible itis. A good tea cafe with prompt service and tasty teas. The prices are a bit biting considering the main ingredient is water, but... average for a tea bar. It was the 1st time I tried Pearl Milk Tea and was pleased with the purchase. So good. I love it. The drink was so good. They had different varieties of boba and I really liked it. The store was so cute and... people where really nice. They were beautiful PEOPLE like honestly ????. They take your order and ask u how much ice you wantand how much sugar you want. Tapioca pearl here is much softer than in other cafes on Avenue U. Cashiers are always friendly and make my orders very quick.
