Honestly I?m Latina and it?s very sad to see the way some of these guys treat their own people but yet they?re very... accommodating to everyone else. This one guy was very sarcastic and nasty for no reason. I go there every single morning andgoing forward I won?t. I asked for toasted bagel with lox. He stands there with this nasty attitude like he hates his job- asking me ?lox toasted? Lox toasted?. He basically didn?t hear the bagel part so he?s like that?s all u want ? Toasted lox? Likereally? So I said obviously not lox alone toasted.. so he shrugged his shoulder acting very immature showing he doesn?t care.Complete turn off. The few ones that are nice - are very pleasant but this guy has to go. Have customer service! It?s nice tobe nice m. I work right around the area, I have recommended so much ppl from work to go here but also learn to treat peoplewell. Besides this place being over priced, now dealing with him specifically , nope I refuse. Bye ????? kings highway bagelI?ll save my money for better service any day. Read more

They don't know anything about custom service. I am Latino but I am kind and I always try to give a good service, because I am... in the United States, and I am in New York, and I think that they treated me with homophobia and Latin ?Machismo?. They alsocharged me more for missing communication and when they were reimbursing me, they spoke extremely rudely to me. Read more

So the place got more then one star solely cause of the sweet worker who called me to tell me since they are out of mini bagels... which made up most of my order he will replace w full bagel same price. He is a sweetheart I called back later just to thank himfor how nice he was on the phone. But these bagels are terrible. The way they are making the sandwhiches seems like a cheap way, they barely put anything in them, wont spend time toasting at all even when it says toast well done, the bacon egg and cheese isall bread no filling and the lox was 90 percent gray. I am a personal chef so I know food but I also enjoy some brooklyn hole inthe walls. However this place is a mess. Bagels taste like rolls, no salt no love no spice no flavor. Not sure why its so badbut its bad. Also owners are a bit discriminatory . If you want a bagel try wild bagel on stillwell, tasty on 18th and 86, daleon 18 and 62, dyker park bagels on 7th, basically any place but these. Read more

Our family reunion was greatly enhanced with 6 dozen Highway Bagels! Great bagels and great chocolate rugulah. My eight year... old grandson ate three on his own right out of the bag - no butter or cream cheese needed. Thanks and keep cooking these greatbagels. Read more

We have been going here for bagels for many years and the prices have just gone up and quality has gone down. Ordered a bagel... with butter, grilled cheese with bacon (which barely had anything on it) a coffee and an orange juice (which I found outafterwards was $11) totaling out to $28 which is insanity for a bagel shop. Last time going here. Read more

I love this place and have been going here for 7+ years. Their bagels are delicious and fresh-baked and they have an extensive... menu of sweet and savory. They also have sandwiches but I've never tried them. They smell good tho. Their portions are generousand could stuff an entire other bagel. Their staff is friendly and efficient and everyone comes here so you may have to wait inline- but it goes by quickly. Their prices have shot up but that's everywhere and I hope they stay open forever because I cannotlive without a bagel place near my home. I know I'm being dramatic but these bagel call for stirring up some drama. Read more

I love bagels and it's been awhile since I had eaten any. I live really close to this bagel store and decided to pop in one day.... They had 3-4 people on staff and one person who was eating their order inside the store. They have a few tables that allowspeople to eat their food or wait until their order is ready. This was my first time at this location and I was unsure of theordering process. I waited until someone was free and ordered an everything bagel toasted with cream cheese. The bagel itselfwas okay but, nothing noteworthy. The bagel tasted fresh but, not just baked today fresh. I didn't like how hastily and lopsidedthe bagel was creamed. I felt like the store was pretty much empty and the staff was basically just talking to each other thatthey would put more effort into their work. I thought it was an okay bagel for $3. Also, they do charge extra for using acredit card. When I went to pay for my order the guy said there was an extra charge for using a credit card. I placed an orderfor pick up through Uber Eats. I had ordered 12 bagels (and got 2 free) and they completely messed up my order. I ordered 2plain and 12 whole wheat everything bagels. I got 5 plain bagels and 9 random bagels (only one was an everything bagel and noteven whole wheat). I felt like if they ran out of bagels, they could have waited until I got there or at least me know when Igot there. Again, when I went to pick up my order the entire store was completely empty and the store was fully staffed (atleast 4 people behind the counter chatting with each other). The bagels were also the same as before tasty but, not exactlyfreshly daily baked. They also sell sandwiches, hot food such as wings, smoothies, and brand name beverages. Read more
