Don?t get the ribs. You spend a lot of money for a measly 2 bones. 2 ribs? I thought it was a mistake when they took it out. A... lot of it was underwhelming. Especially when the prices are high your expectations are high too. Mac and cheese is alright butagain nothing special. Same with the coleslaw. Sides are not included with any meats which makes the price even higher. They arejust really banking on the fact that there aren?t a lot of BBQ places in the city. I?d suggest going to dinosaur BBQ or pigbeach instead. Read more

The best BBQ in NYC! Just awesome. Best groovy mood, awesome personnel and the food is exquisite. I recommend the Texan chili,... brisket, brisket sandwich, pastrami bacon, pickles, ribs? sides are also amazing! Read more

Got the brisket sandwich, very spicy but the meat was very moist. Service was slow. Edit - Have been back three more times and I... have to say that the food is great, tried the ribs, the brisket, the Vietnamese wings, beef rib and at this point cannot tellwhich one is my favorite. This place is a must if you like barbecue Read more

A year ago I was already here, I took sandwich brisket then and now. Last year it was juicy and fresh. Now, the meat is... somehow not fresh. It looks like he's been spoken to several times. The price has gone up and the quality has gone down. Hopethey change for the better :) Read more

Doesn't quite have the same feel as the red hook hq but that is splitting at hairs. The chopped brisket in the sandwich can't... compete to the thick slices you otherwise get, but it's still an excellent sandwich. Industry city is lucky to have hometownbbq. Read more

I just love brisket! This was so close and we had never been. I got a brisket taco and my fiance had the sticky ribs. Stinking... good! The mac and cheese was delicious. The cornbread was sweetend and made it pop. The potato salad we had as well but itdidn't agree with our taste buds. Too any herbs and tasted like pickle juice. Everything else was great and we ate at picnictable outside and there was live music. Check ot all out at Industry City. Read more

The brisket. I dream about the brisket. The brisket is my friend, my enemy, my everything. They have other dishes, don't get me... wrong. But THE BRISKET. Now for the fine print: This is the smaller location. But don't fret - it has the same amazing brisket, with half the line. Yep, you heard me, half the line. They also have less food options here (no beef rib or jerk ribs), but theour friend the brisket is here. Debating between Korean Sticky Ribs and the "regular" spare ribs? I prefer the "regular" ones. They slid right off. I'll go to bed dreaming about this brisket again, like every night. Read more

Finally finally finally I got their #1 rated always sold out pastrami... and it 100% lives up to the rating, BUT the bread kept... it from getting 5 stars???? as looked and felt like grilled cheese bread. The bread wasn't bad... if just does deserve to holdthis pastrami. Next in flavor favortness would be the pastrami bacon, the Korean sticky ribs, and the Vietnamese hot wings. Read more
