Worst service we've ever had at a restaurant. They weren't busy at all, only about 4-5 other occupied tables. I think our server... maybe had one other table part of the time. We had to ask for waters twice and it still took a long time for our server to bringthem to us, even though she wasn't busy. She was hanging out at the bar with other staff and my husband went to get her so wecould order. After we ordered the server said every item costs $3 more due to inflation, and I think they should put that inwriting somewhere. Once we received our food, my husband had to go to the bar to ask for ketchup, and no one brought him any sothen he went to the host stand to ask for ketchup, and another employee brought it to him since our server was nowhere in sightand didn't check on us at all while we were eating. My husband tried to pay at the front but they said we had to wait for ourserver to pay, so we caught her next time we saw her. Then they overcharged us - our total was only about $44 and when myhusband was about to sign the receipt it was $115. They voided it and charged us the correct amount. My husband was keeping aneye on his credit card statement to ensure we weren't billed twice, and when the charge went through it was for more than ourreceipt stated because apparently our server decided to add on her own tip. This was actually the first time we'd ever not lefta tip because the service was that bad, but apparently they decided to still add it on after we left. My husband called therestaurant and we will be refunded for the tip she added on. I really would love to give them a five star because I felt I left with a happy full stomach but I took some stars off because... of certain things. I took one star off because they do not give the bathrooms attention at all. They should have someone checkthe bathrooms at least every hour. I was there for longer than an hour and entered the bathrooms before and after my meal. Thebathroom looked worse after the second time I went in. There was garbage inside the sinks, no soap to wash our hands and thefloor was all covered in wet mucky water. I understand people are disgusting but hopefully management will be able to fix thatand ensure everyone does their part in keeping the places that we use to clean our hands, spotless. If not at all times but atleast have someone with a timer check it every hour. I had children with me and even they were surprised of how dirty it was.Our server got our orders wrong even though I added a little story of why I ordered the way I ordered so they can remember, myorder was wrong. I got one meal instead of two and when I ordered fries for just me I was brought two. I mean the server wasfriendly and nice and she brought the food out in a timely fashion but I think the loud music probably didn?t help with herbeing able to hear me out. But that?s the only reason I took that other star off because we didn?t get our order correctlydespite me repeating it twice. They should train the servers to repeat the orders or something. If they fix those things theywould be a five star. For sure. I?ll tell you about the garlic butter sauce, it was amazing, chunks of garlic made the butter soflavorful and I enjoyed the extra broccoli I ordered that was soaked in the garlic butter. My crab was perfect and the meat cameout perfectly and that?s how you know they weren?t under cooked or over cooked. Went as I was in the mood for seafood. Granted it's a chain and they are known for the choice of seasonings, but the crayfish... were either overcooked or old as they didn't have that snap to them. Didn't have the seafood boil which this restaurant is known for. Ordered a few fried appetizers from crab bites and calamari.... For the main course I ordered a fried shrimp basket. In terms of the fried food, it's your typical greasy, overly salty, friedseafood. Customer service is the bright point. Our server was attentive and food came out promptly. This is an incredible seafood boil restaurant. The appetizers are outstanding and very tasty. The boils we?re finger licking and... the spice had a great burn. Dee, our waitress, was very accommodating and pleasant. I highly recommend this experience. Read more
