This location was ok. We went during the week so it wasn't crowded,. The server was very nice. The food was cold, because... they had to bring all the food at once but the server heated it up for us. It was Moms birthday so they sang to her- she washappy- - but they charged us for the ice cream. I was confused with being charged because we hadn't asked the server to do it. Read more
I've always loved IHOP ever since I was a kid when it was an IHOP it was the International House of Pancakes now I have no... problem with what's going on with the service industry and everything. This is what I have a problem with they are charging ontop of taxes and everything they are charging a service fee now my question is is the service fee now the tip. Or do you have topay the service fee and the tip. I spoke to one of the young servers yesterday and while she did not explain to us that the tipwas the service field if he was the tip the service fee was the tip they need to stop doing this especially if you are on afixed income while I am not on a fixed in coming out on mind paying extra. I do not like to be double-charged for the same thingnow with that said no problem with them everything was clean the place was pumping the service was phenomenal but they need toexplain the people that there is a service fee when they drop that paper and they need to explain that the service fee is infact the tip and if you like to tip extra what we would appreciate it with that said please continue to like my reviews hit thatlike button and subscribe have a great day bye Read more

Dont go here please, go to the one on Ralph Ave. This location is horrible, a bunch of youngins that do not have good work... ethic. I've went about 6 times because i give places a few chances but only once did i have a good server, i dont remember hername but yes she was young but did well and carried herself well (light skin with glasses). Any other time i had to get themanager to service me. often you get seated and then forgotten about for a good 25 min before someone comes and checks on you(if they even come and check, ive had to get up myself n go to the manager and then he would take my order) and even when itsdead somehow your food comes out cold. 6/6 times ive went the food was always cold and had to get sent back. Presentation goes along way too, workers walking around with Bonnets and Durags is not professional... Also ladies stop trying to force edges, theinstall was poor get some of ya money back. Read more

Normally I go to IHOP on Livingston st in Brooklyn, but today we were driving and with no parking at that location we decided to... visit the one on Flatlands Ave which I never knew about but it's ok to try different places and with ample parking even parkingfor folks with handicapped parking permits this might be my new spot .So we were greeted with a smile and seated only aftershowing our vaccine cards, first time after covid I realized things have changed you can now scan the menu and the actual menuhas changed as our hostesses Miss Lashanti had to make about 4 or 5 trips to our table as I sat with my single menu my minddrifting off I had to ask my husband if were at IHOP or the waffle house. Where was my folded menu with the colorful picturesthat opened my appetite that made me feel I could eat everything on that menu I felt confused lost i could not decide andbecause of that Miss Lashanti had to keep coming back but always with a friendly smile and a heart that felt it was made up ofpatient just for me to decide I got my Swedish crepe and ex large tea everything was ok but I really miss that folded menu. Okso the food is still delicious, the inside was clean even the bathroom and sink area there are 2 toilet in the women's bathroombut they have a 2 seater if you have to wait just outside. We will be back in the future I really love going to IHOP and thislocation might end up being my favorite location. Read more
I was impressed with the way the place was clean the bathroom was 10 out of 10, infact I told the staff and manger to keep up... the good work, in maintaining such clean place for customers to sit and dine and feel right at home.
