HORRIBLE SERVICE....I ordered through door dash.... over 30 min has passed since my order has been placed.. I contacted the... restaurant to inquire the status of my order being that on the door dash app I'm not seeing any progress.. I was instructed bysome woman over the phone at the restaurant, to be honest I don't even think she thoroughly checked for my order due to howprompt she was with this response to contact doordash regarding my order for them to have a better answer in the door dash it'sclearly communicated the restaurant receive the order...I have reached the representative with doordash and it was thenindicated this restaurant only uses their courier so you're unable to track your order on doordash..This makes absolutely nosense! if this is so then this restaurant should take into not using doordash services or any third party delivery service asthis does not ease peace of mind for customer to track their orders. To my understanding your funds are withdrawn for an orderand theirs no status to show what's happening how can a customer be secured their order will be delivered. First of all they re opened at a new location 355 Rogers Ave Brooklyn, NY. I ordered three different Rasta Pasta dishes today... 4/10/22 Veggie Rasta Pasta, Oxtail, and Jerk Salmon and Shrimp Rasta Pasta and let me tell you That WE ALL truly enjoyed everysingle bite of that meal. The food was cold and they were missing items from my order. There was no water and extra jerk sauce and I paid for them !!!... They added green peas to my rice and peas, that’s not real Jamaican food !! The packaging wasn’t good either. I’ll neverever ever order from this place again. I suggest no one else eat here either. Great food and the food speaks for itself! Ordered online and someone called me to say they ran out some of the items I ordered,... which makes sense for some restaurants. They helped me change my order and appreciated the help, the only issue was it's hard topay for additional charges so I had to order within the same price range but they gave me extra sides instead. I ordered thejerk chicken, goat curry, and pepper shrimp. Both chicken and goat were packed with flavor. The shrimp was moist which wascomplemented by the rice and peas and bananas. This is our second time ordering and still as impressed. Just be mindful thatorder may take 30 min - an hour which makes sense for restaurants for delivery in Brooklyn and be open-minded about them runningout of certain food items especially the more complicated ones to make because restaurants will lose money too if they have foodwaste. Horrible service especially with prices so high. The food is okay but I ordered fish and shrimp and did not get the shrimp,... waste of my money. It took a half hour to get the wrong order. All I received was an I’m sorry from the cashier who couldhardly understand how to combine orders. No Manager to be found to complain, they should be ashamed of themselves. The delivery guy was very rude. The food was disgusting stew peas and white rice and, a beef patty with coco bread. The food... smelled like it was burnt, the rice was soggy, lumpy and, the pigtails were dry with a burnt taste, the beef patty was black onone side of the crust and, the meat was burnt black inside.
