The sandwich?s are good if you get them yourself. This review is my experience of ordering through DoorDash. Today I got a... sandwich with no cheese and Mayo. Do your workers not read the options. How can you even serve a sandwich, and say oh no Mayotoday let?s give them a dry sandwich. You have to do better with the delivery apps or don?t bother being on them. Had an excellent experience here. Heard all about this place from the Internet and stopped on our way to the beach. Went here with my boyfriend after hearing about the hype & im happy to announce that they did not disappoint! The bread was so... incredibly fresh & delicious (literally reminded me of the bread from cartoons). My boyfriend got a chicken cutlet sandwich & Igot a cheese hero with the works. The only downside was that the grill was closed so my bf couldn?t get his hero toasted but thefood was delicious nonetheless. Will probably order from here since they have it on GrubHub. Read more
Always a go to for sandwiches. Still love their Italian heros but it feels when I go, like the place is run by the kids they've... hired and I rarely see the love the owners put into their craft. It might be affecting the quality somewhat. No fault of thekids, they're nice but you have to be accountable to your customers and that just is not a kid thing. Read more

This place has the nicest staff ever! The heros are delicious! We had the chicken cutlet with garlic mayo and fresh mozzarella... and the hot Italian, we weren?t able to finish them they were so big. Both were delicious, wish we had time to try everything! Read more
Jimmy's Famous Sandwich shop makes some of the best sandwiches in the Sheepshead Bay area. The sandwich maker Vic, is such a... great guy, also his wife and crew are all the best! I threw him for a loop & got a chicken cutlet & roast beef sandwich withgarlic mayo lettuce tomato s&p oil &vinegar. It came delicious! Will be ordering this again for a cool summer sandwich.Disclaimer/not they were running low on bread the sandwich with rb & chicken cutlet is a half hero portion. The pics afterVic's photo are full hero pics(with plastic half pints of mac & potato salads). The salads were free gifts from this awesomeshop. Literally been living in this neighborhood for like 25 years, and never noticed this little place. However, lately they got some... publicity and after checking out their reviews we decided to give this place a try?boy were we missing out! Amazing sandwiches,probably best we had.
