I was pleasantly surprised by my new discovery!???? This restaurant has a unique blend of simple and complex. The space is very... welcoming and clean. The menu is rich with interesting healthy dishes. Food was delicious and customer service was more than youwould expect from a small spot like this. The sheer number of times I've gotten food from here is mind-blowing. EVERYTHING they make is f**king superb. As delicious and... nutritious as it can possibly get. And the price point is astounding. Very very affordable compared to other spots that chargean arm and a leg for the same thing. My only complaint is the wait time. Order in advance when possible. Yesterday was my third visit to Joe-Joe's in the last 4 months. I come to Brooklyn a couple of times a month and I am always... amazed with various food options available. However, it is hard or almost impossible to find a vegan/vegetarian place only.Joe-Joe's café is the place I would suggest to everyone; it is super clean, it has indoor and outdoor seats, staff are veryfriendly and they are eager to help to choose amongst various menu options? I ordered, suggested by Joe-Joe's employee, PanSeared Salmon Goat Cheese Tzatziki Wrap and a cup of Moroccan Lentil Soup. The wrap was delicious and complimentary pickles madethe wrap even crunchier. The soup was spicy, but I could still taste lentils, beans, squash, potatoes, onions and carrots. Thankyou for suggesting these items from the menu. Next time, I will definitely be trying Tropical Paradise smoothie as I saw 4people ordering it. Read more
We stopped here for a late lunch, my fiancé and I are not eating carbs or sugar right now and the staff was very... accommodating! We had the Niçoise Salad (no potato) and the Burrata Salad with some modifications. Our server was so friendlyand helpful and nice! The niçoise was very good, my fiancé ate the entire thing. It wasn?t fishy at all and tasted very fresh.The burrata also tasted so fresh, like it was made that morning! The white tea with ginger and pomegranate (I think that wasthe flavor) was so refreshing and perfect for the hot day. We sat outside which was very comfortable. Our salads were divine!So incredibly fresh!!! Absolutely we?ll be back. Our server was also trying to give us a sample of their vegan dessert but wecouldn?t partake. Have you ever been hugged from the inside out? That's what it feels like eating their smoked salmon toast with goat cheese. It's... so rich and buttery, with a little surprise zing from the dill, and the toast is so crunchy EVERY time! And the burrata salad..I'm actually full off of it, and I don't hate myself after because it's salad! I love this place. Never change, Joe-Joe. Read more
I?m quite a foodie person and it?s my favorite place to eat in the area. Delicious Manhattan quality food in Midwood, Brooklyn.... If you try it once, you?ll definitively come back. Lots of healthy choices: juices, smoothies, salads, wraps, soups. Salmonsalad is my personal favorite. Enjoy!!! Read more
