I moved to the area in December, and I’ve been meaning to post a review. I ordered from here a few times for fast food. Loved... the food, but I can’t get past the lady that treated me so bad when I asked to use her shovel to get my car out of a parkingspot. I get that she said no, but the way she did it was yelling nooooooo and she started speaking her language to herco-worker. Super rude. I care about customer service anywhere I go and I’m a really good customer to businesses that treatpeople with respect. I travel for my Chinese food now. Their lose not mine. Fix her attitude. Fantastic hole in the wall spot for Chinese w/ killer vegitarian options. Vegi lo mein and vegi dumplings were both killer, and... the flavor and consistency for their vegan General Tsos was delicious. This place is terrific. I don’t eat out frequently, but when I do I come to Joy’s with my girlfriend. I read some previous... reviews and I don’t understand people’s sensitivity sometimes because Joy and Lou and so friendly and affable. If you wantChinese take-out then it’s a solid place to come through. Food is what you expect and is affordable. They are also hardworking people- everyday they are there, closed on Sundays.
