I?m a very picky person but I loved my salad. Two of the female workers (wish I got their names) was very helpful with my salad.... I was recommended some very good roasted chicken and some avocado dressing that was good also (I didn?t get it but willdefinitely recommend for the Mexican tangy taste). There are several Just Salad locations in NYC that are great, but the Park Slope location is a disaster. Terrible customer... service, routinely deliver salads over an hour after the quoted delivery time, impossible to reach when there's a problem withthe order, and on three different occasions have left the main ingredient out of a salad. As in- we ordered a crispy poblanochicken salad and when it came, 90 minutes later, there was no chicken in it. It amazes me that I keep ordering from here, butthe food at other locations is delicious so I keep wanting to give them another try. Our most recent order of four salads wasstill missing after 90 minutes (quoted delivery time was 30-40 min) and when I called, I was placed on hold for 17 minutes. Iwas finally connected to the store, and they said they couldn't help, didn't apologize, didn't have any explanation for thedelay, and we?re totally rude. For $16 a salad from a place down the block, you'd expect either accurate orders, or quickdelivery, or good service...or something. Sadly, Just Salad does nothing right. Good food but service is hit or miss. This time I asked for a wrap with spinach not romaine, and the server said she could do... that. I even asked twice but the wrap still had romaine, no spinach. I also ordered a salad and was double charged for extradressing, even though one wasn?t extra because I didn?t have any dressing on the salad. Read more
I don't usually enjoy paying $16 for a salad, but I decided to give this place a try. I ordered the Greek salad, which was... probably the worst salad I ever had in my life. To charge so much for a salad for it to only be 95% lettuce and dressing is justoutrageous. The person who made my salad obviously did not care about making me a decent salad. As he was pouring the dressing Inoticed I didn't see the $2 avocado I had to pay extra for. I asked him if there was avocado in the salad and he lied and saidyes. I walked 10 minutes to the park, sat down to do some work and noticed there was no avocado. I had to walk back 10 minutesto get the avocado I paid for and still ended up throwing the salad away because I taste so bad. Read more
I have a major concern with the water that drops from the dressing?s containers, into the salad. Sometimes it?s a lot of water... and I don?t trust that the water which was ice and then turned water is that healthy to drop in your salad. Some of the workersare nice some of them just give you little salad and with attitude like it?s for free. Other than that I pick who makes my saladthe way I like it and enjoy it because I found my self eating it whenever I?m at work. Read more
