i gave this restaurant multiple chances because when i first started ordering from here it was really good but they fell off.... the last couple of times i’ve ordered they got my order completely wrong. one time there was a piece of GLASS in my pastelitoand another time there was a string of HAIR in it. i wish i would’ve taken photos but i was so disgusted i immediately threwthe food out. the last time i ordered chicken chunks they had a nasty fishy taste to it which i’m assuming it’s because theywere cooked in old oil that was used to fry fish. don’t order from this spot because you’d just be wasting your money. I walked into this restaurant today, which is Spanish. 2 Hispanics came in to verbally order their food. Neither had a mask, and... one is giving his order through the opening of the glass for food display. Even after I said something to server & customer. Employees are rude and very nasty. The female employees are ALWAYS DRINKING ON THE JOB and will try to get you to buy them a... shot. They will service you fast if your Hispanic no matter if people came ahead of you. The oldest female employee constantlyput food left on the hot table back into the trays with her hands. They use the same spoons and tongs for everything withoutwashing it HINTS CROSS CONTAMINATION. The employees are always fighting with each other and it's just bad service over all. Ohand to top it off NO ONE sticks to the same price for food the younger women charge less than the older woman. Horriblehorrible place the food is okay depending on what you get but most of the time the food is left overs if it's not a full tray offood that doesn't look fresh DONT GET IT!!! Read more
First off the person to take my order was being rude and had a attitude like it wasn't their job to do so. On top of that the... drinks were watered down and when I asked for it to be changed nothing was done. How rude does it get ? I ordered the quesofrito and the cheese was really cold and the whole thing tasted like it was made before I ordered it but okay. The Chickentasted average not so special. I ordered oxtails and don't get me wrong it was good but I got a plate full of rice and THREE small pieces of oxtail. I was so... pissed off that I didn't look at my food before leaving.
