Normally, everyone is very polite even though sometimes the public is not always so mannerable. Last week I encountered one of... the most horrible staff members. He was disgustingly slow, sleepy and obnoxious. Although I live in the community, I stop goingthere because of that one rude nighttime staff member. When I told him that I was going to report his behavior to the owner heshrugged his shoulders and told me to do it! The only reason I continue to patronize this establishment is primarily based on: Convenience location and business hours. 8... out 10 times if you place an order with specifics such as, adding or taking away (*86) condiments; it will be screwed upentirely. The level of incompetence is deplorable to say the least of it. If you do not mind repeating yourself multiple timesin one setting, go ahead. Terrible customer service. Personally the chicken has to much oil. However the burger I never went wrong by buying. But back to... the customer service horrendous.
