Normally, everyone is very polite even though sometimes the public is not always so mannerable. Last week I encountered one of... the most horrible staff members. He was disgustingly slow, sleepy and obnoxious. Although I live in the community, I stop goingthere because of that one rude nighttime staff member. When I told him that I was going to report his behavior to the owner heshrugged his shoulders and told me to do it! I don't want that negative energy over any food I'm eating so I just don't go thereanymore. Read more
The only reason I continue to patronize this establishment is primarily based on: Convenience location and business hours. 8... out 10 times if you place an order with specifics such as, adding or taking away (*86) condiments; it will be screwed upentirely. The level of incompetence is deplorable to say the least of it. If you do not mind repeating yourself multiple timesin one setting, go ahead. Terrible customer service. Personally the chicken has to much oil. However the burger I never went wrong by buying. But back to... the customer service horrendous. Wanted to give this place a shot and I regret it. They forgot my chicken and fries. Like, how do you forget an entire meal. Smh.... The fish arrived without the fries I paid for. No marinara sauce included to go with the TWO orders of mozzarella sticks.chicken nuggets were over cooked. Next time my friends and I get hungry at 1 o?clock in the morning, we?re making cereal andjust going to bed. This order was unacceptable. Read more
The chicken burger taste good and their chicken is good too
This place is new and well needed since the others didn't fit simple standards. Since this place is new, it is clean and so far... trustworthy when it comes to it's meals. The chicken? and burgers are tasty and fairly priced. They do have a small area if uchoose to sit and eat. They except Cash and Credit/Debit Cards here. If u feel uncomfortable using ur card, they do have an ATMmachine on site. Staff is friendly and I hope this place don't become the same as other chicken and burger places. Only timewill tell how this place will turn out. Until then 5 stars... I say try this spot while it's in it's NEW phase. Read more
