I bought a chicken breast and it was the best I?ve had from KFC in America thus far. The Chicken was seasoned well and was not... red which is important for me. It was cooked all the way through yet wasn?t dry. Very pleased with that order. I don?t eat fastfood often but I?m glad I found a KFC I can possibly go back to. Well at least the renovations came out nice. As for the food, it's basic as it can get. The staff was inexperienced,... overwhelmed and understaffed. Between UberEats & GrubHub the staff could barely keep up. The manager seemed to be doingeverything herself, when she should have been delegating tasks to the staff. The floor could use a sweep, the cup covers wasfinished and the customers had to remind the staff. This store desperately needs a team meeting, to streamline the work flow. Read more
This location is a few blocks away from my apartment and after passing it so often, I decided to sneak in (I am supposed to be... on a diet..humph) There is one ordering counter for both KFC and Taco Bell. There are two cash registers but, there was only oneon staff. The ordering line was not very clear at first and I wasted 10 minutes waiting for someone to take my order. The fooddoes come out quickly and I only waited 10 minutes for my order. The location was clean and had a waiting and decent sizewaiting area. However, this location doesn't have many promotions and it's pricier than other Brooklyn KFCs. For example, a 20piece bucket with sides is around $50 (with tax) and there is only 3 options for the $5 fill up box. Also, if you are doing atake out order, make sure to grab napkins from the dispenser on your way out. Read more
This place is KFC & Taco Bell together. You can find here regular KFC food as well as Taco food. Atmosphere is OK. KFC... opinions food is not bad but tacos is not so well. Service is a little bit slow. I would recommend this place for quick bite andreasonable price. Read more
