I love the property and the outside could be an amazing experience if curated well. I deep in my heart want to love this place... to death but can?t help but feeling the staff is extremely inexperienced. The volume of staff seems ample but everyone doesn?tseem to know what they are doing. The ownership could be printing money with a high quality staff and classic hospitalityengagement. Took 25mins to have anyone offer me a cocktail at the empty with no bar tender bar outside. Then the shrimp cocktailshowed up 20 min later followed by the cocktail 5-10min after the food. There was an 8 top begging to burn money and they werevisited about once in an hour. Please don?t take this as a snub cause I want everyone to do well in the neighborhood. Think somemad experienced bar tenders and an experienced floor manager quarterbacking things could really change the game here. Read more

Loved the seats! Good cocktails and appetizers and super fresh seafood. For my main, the side salad was a little salty for my... taste but the lobster roll was super fresh! I just wanted even more butter on top! The coleslaw was also delicious Read more

The blue point oysters were fresh when I ordered them during happy hour, but I was disappointed by their lack of variety of... oysters given that they?re a seafood restaurant (they only had blue point oysters). The fried belly clams were decent, as werethe fish and chips. The waiters were friendly but a bit slow. Read more

The food for the most part was satisfying however for the price I expect more quality. For example I had raw clams and oysters... very small. Clams 2.5 oysters 3.0 each. Read more

Amazing seafood restaurant with oysters, lobsters , scallops, mussels, calamari, shrimp and fish. Their menu is extensive and... deciding on one dish was a challenge. We tried their clam chowder, fried calamari, linguine with mussels, grilled salmon andburger. Everyone loved their food and drinks. Service was friendly and prompt too. Will be returning whenever we crave seafoodfrom now on. Read more

Finally had the chance to check out Kittery this past weekend. We went here for lunch, after passing by many times over the... years. The place is a nice honest and authentic slice of New England right in the heart of Carroll Gardens. Hard to find aplace offering dollar oyster happy hours in these troubled times, but Kittery was up to the task. The oysters tasted fresh andclean, and the mignonette sauce was on point. Seriously, most I?ve had tasted like glorified red wine vinegar. I don?t know whattheir secret is but, the condiment was particularly deep and savory, and I preferred it to the horseradish for a change. Forour mains we ordered the lobster club. At $29 dollars it?s one of their pricier menu items, but it?s about right for a lobsterroll of its size, and believe me they did not skimp on the lobster at all. Maybe I?m nitpicking, but I thought the lobstercould have been dressed with a little more flavoring, but that aside it was fresh, sweet, and juicy; and paired very well withthe bacon and avocado. Between the tater tots and the salad as the side, we definitely recommend the tots, as the added saltrounds out the experience of the sandwich as a whole. Read more

Disappointed with my experience here. Service was lackluster despite it not being super crowded when we were there. The best... thing we had was our appetizer- the calamari was great. However our entrees were pretty bland and almost bad? The lobster rollwas super funky (maybe our fault for ordering a lobster roll in Brooklyn) and the branzino was bland. Really wanted to like thisplace, but maybe will come back to try their happy hour specials. Read more
