The food is always on point! My personal favorite are the chicken fajitas but today I tried the platter and loved it

I was driving my sister to an Appt that day. Waiting to take her home. So went for something to eat. Wanted Tex-Mex. 1st time at... this place. Was very pleased. Cashier was wearing mask. The wait was minimal because food was cooked fresh. Food was Fresh andHot including the 2 Wraps which was separately wrapped in aluminum foil. Place was clean. You get free soda with certain orders.Only gave them 4? because parking in that area is tough. I would definitely come back there. Read more
I’ve been going to Yummy Taco for many, many years, and yes I enjoy their food, but after yesterday’s incident, I’ll never... step foot into their establishment again. While placing my order a woman asked me if I’d purchase her something to eat (thathappens often in that area). She made her selection after asking a couple of questions about the dish, and I told the woman toprepare it for her. I then asked how much did her order cost, but between the mask and her accent I could not understand so Iasked her to repeat it, she then proceeded to pull down her mask, and yell to the top of her voice for several minutes. When Iasked her why she was yelling she continued to yell and say you said you didn’t hear me. I said I’ve been coming here foryears, and have never raised my voice at you, but that didn’t stop her, she still yelled, walked away and after the order wasready gave it to me. I didn’t argue with her, I simply told her not to ever, yell at me again, that I’ve never raised myvoice to you, don’t ever do it again. Her response was not an apology, just a defense that I couldn’t hear her so that’swhy she yelled repeatedly. Yummy Taco was my go to spot after I left the YMCA, and on Sundays after church at Bklyn Tab. butI will never frequent Yummy Taco again! My motto is, that my dollars work in any store I enter, so when you can’t respect me,you don’t respect my patronage. Read more
Clean quick Mexican food made by Chinese workers. As NY as it gets. Far from authentic Mexican but I enjoy the food always... satisfies very cheap with the sauces so ask for extra. They do not use pork here so that’s a plus ???? Read more
The staff are nice and courteous, it's nice seeing the tortillas being made. They use beef chili no pork. The guy at the... counter was nice to give me a plate, seeing there was two of us. The chicken was good, I'm not sure if Mexican rice is actuallylike that but it was just rice with a hint of lime and coriander. The beans are very good, but the tortilla feels very rubber itwas hard to chew on, especially if you have braces. Read more
