Most incompetent staff I?ve experienced at an establishment. They didn?t even understand what their own offerings were and... couldn?t answer questions properly. Took over 10 minutes to take our order, and even after all of that they STILL proceeded toget our order wrong after making us wait for 20+ minutes. Staff were arguing with each other because none of them knew what wasgoing on and how to serve customers. Read more

I ordered a protein smoothie, but got instead something like an ice cream. Couldn?t even drink it with a straw they gave me,... because it wasn?t drinkable? and had to eat it with a spoon like an actual ice cream. Smoothie should be different consistencythan a bowl. It was waaaay too heavy for me. I feel very bloated now and regret I got it. I also asked how many calories it has,they don?t know. I asked what type of protein they use, they are not allowed to say what brand. Do you know what you sell if youcan?t answer any question and can?t make what was ordered? Read more

I NEVER leave reviews but honestly I am frustrated. When this place first opened up I was beyond excited because I had been to... the location in the city. Once this location was open I was telling all of my friends to go try it. At first the staff was sofriendly and I would order almost everyday. Then all of a sudden I noticed my order was made incorrect EVERYTIME that I wouldorder. It?s annoying paying so much for something and to be disappointed. I am allergic to bananas and I took a bite from myorder and instantly tasted banana. I could not eat the bowl. I placed an order again and left a note saying I was allergic tobananas and to please not add it. Again I was given bananas in my bowl as well as blueberries which I didn?t ask for. I don?tknow if the note is read or if it just gets ignored. Either way it?s rude. I had stopped ordering for a while because I wastired of wasting money on an order that was not going to be made to my liking. I gave them another chance today and SURPRISE myorder was wrong. I really hope the owner sees this and evaluates their staff because this is ridiculous. Read more

Delicious bowls, my fave that I've found in Brooklyn, but bad customer service. Long wait to be noticed at register even with no... line, then they asked me what I ordered like 10 minutes later, employees arguing with each other, then eventually I got my bowlafter customers who came in after me already got theirs. Overheard one employee asking another why they were making a bowl forthemselves when there were customers still waiting for theirs. Don't come here for the customer service, but the soft serve is truly special. We had a swirl mix of lavender and dragonfruit.... Unique flavors, very delicious and the vivid colors are on brand and cheerful! Read more

Hands down, the best bowls and smootihies in the city. I used to go here all the time when I lived in midtown, and am thrilled... to see them on the block in WillyB! Highly recommend the Emerald City bowl. Unbelievable. It?s like candy in the form of healthfood. Read more
