Really dry, bad tacos. And they have the audacity to charge so much for ?em, too. I?ve had juicier tasting Mexican food at Taco... Bell, and I hate Taco Bell. Let?s face it: East Coast taco makers are not as good as those in California, Texas, or Arizona. Theambiance here is mediocre with the thunderously ear-shattering subway rolling loudly overhead. And nothing says Mexican thanplaying really bad Colombian reggaetón music than classic mariachi or other festive-sounding Mexican tunes. So do yourself afavor, and consider a juicy, beefy street corner hot dog than this overly-priced place! Read more

Decent food, awful vibes/management. Music is blasting so loud the waitress can hardly here you. Always stuffy and hot. Salsa is... self retrieved using tiny plastic spoons. Napkins are nowhere near where you get your food. And don?t bother tipping at the cashregister because the staff doesn?t receive any of it, owner keeps it all (illegal?) - overall very mid, nothing special ornoteworthy about the food, it?s very average. Real tacos al pastor and real hot sauce! Great vibes. Definitely a place to come back.
The meats were perfectly charred and tasty. You have to order "con todo" and get cilantro, a slice of pineapple, onions and... guacamole in it. They have red, green and pico salsas and lime wedges to dress it up. No cheese, lettuce, tomatoes or cabbage inthe tacos. The tortilla was semi-crunchy and could have been better. The side of guacamole and chips was tasty as well. Theorders are ala carte with tacos at $4.35 each. There was a food subtotal on my tab. I'm not sure what that was about.
