I recommend looking through your bag before you leave. My order was missing one of my sandwiches. Also the chicken nuggets were... puny. They should have called them chicken pebbles. Unfortunately I didn't notice my missing sandwich until I got home. I triedcalling them over and over again but there was no answer. I called corporate McDonald's, and the website said to reach out tothe restaurant. It was frustrating to drive back especially with today's gas prices. The manager was pleasant, however he askedif I had a receipt and they didn't give me one because I ordered through the app. The app of course didn't have the ordernumber. He ended up giving me my sandwich, but he made an excuse that sometimes nuggets are of different sizes. I showed him apicture that I have attached to this review and he saw how puny they were and gave me a six piece to make up for it. Overall, hewas pleasant but it was still a frustrating and annoying experience. What if I was far away from the restaurant? There's nocorporate number, and you can't reach them by phone. You're just out of luck. My suggestion is the app should have a complaintarea so at least you can get reimbursed for the missing items. Read more
