2 days in a raw I was there and didn?t receive the food that I ordered. On July 24 I ordered deluxe with chicken and it missed... tomatoes, on July 25 I ordered qtr pounder with cheese and received it with no cheese, and mcnuggets with s&s sauce, I didn?tget a sauce. So need to check food every time. Be careful, you can not get the food that you paid for. The staff needs to betrained. Manager where are you?! Ordered from the mobile app and picked up at this store. Got home and found out the Sausage Egg McMuffin was not in the bag.... Returned to the store and asked for a replace one. This McDonalds is the best one that I have ever been to. Right there at the corner of 20th Avenue and 86th Street, at the... entrance/exit to the 20th Avenue D subway station, Bensonhurst, Brooklyn, NY! (1983 86th Street) The staff is very friendly,polite and they work really fast on your orders. It is always very clean and well kept. When I am heading to work at 5 am onweekdays, the staff is there cleaning windows, washing floors and making sure everything is ready for opening. I applaud themfor their hard work and upkeep of the restaurant. The cleanliness is what gets me every time. Love it! It's always full in theretoo but you never have to wait long.
