Horrible drive thru service. Too much attitude. Lies about placing condiments in bag. I miss the old staff. Girl at windows was... upset that I asked for sweet n sour sauce claiming it was in the bag. I emptied the bag to prove it wasn?t in there. She justhanded me the sauce with a rude face. Smh Read more

When I come here, the service is always great! A young lady who goes by the name of Giselle, did a very good job with assisting... me at the counter today in getting my receipt for my order, because I didn't receive it from the machine after when I made thetransaction for my order. She was very nice, patient, and answered all of my questions. My favorite McDonald's location to goto. Highly recommend!!! Read more

I waited 16min for sweet iced tea. The female employee said it's going to be a while because it's boiling. No problem. I didn't... mind the wait. While waiting I already have my medium fries and chicken sandwich. 16min later I ask the tall male dark skinemployee that have curly hair and he had a blue cap on for the sweet tea with no ice. He went to the back and got it. He gave itto me cold. So it seem like I waited long for no reason. The female employee said it's boiling. I check my medium fries and itwas cold from waiting long. I ask the tall curly head male employee to switch the fries for hot ones. He gave me new hot mediumfries. Instead of throwing my old fries in garbage, he dump the fries back in the basket with the other fries. I said to thefemale employee why didn't he throw those away and I touch them. The female employee just shook her head. Now I feel sorry foranyone that will received those fries because I'm very sick. I hope no one get sick from those fries. I ordered coffee. The absolute worst. Tasted as though they ran water over used grounds. Unfortunately for me I drove off and... was well on my way before taking a sip then another to be sure that I tasted what I did. Out the window it went. I didn't like service of this place. It takes long time and didn't let us to eat inside, even we hade 25 minutes by closing time
I enjoy Macdonalds. I use to work in Macdonald years ago. My hand got burned while turning burgers I still have the burn mark.... So I changed to doing the cleaning bathrooms, tables and floors. And years later I'm still enjoying Macdonald and some of theirfriendly Staff. Read more
