Was looks forwarded to get my 4 year old daughter her happy meal. Ordered 5 items and got delivered, upon opening the bag they... left 2 orders out. Happy meal and apple pie. Never coming here again. Says 24 hr and then the driveway is closed. Go inside and there is only 1 working self serve kiosk... but can't pay there, only at register. And there is no one at the register. It took almost 20 mins to complete my order that wasa shake and fries. And the fries were cold. Due to the person waiting until about 6 orders were ready to give out the food. Thisplace was awful and I will not be back. Read more

The staff takes a very long time. They take they?re time. Especially ordering from the windows. Then when you approach the... window the lady pretends she doesn?t know how to work the credit card machine. ???????? So frustrating. I wouldn?t recommendgoing here especially in the morning. Read more
Went in for take out it was like chaos in there, quiosk I used didn't give me a receipt had no idea what my order number was,... staff too busy filling orders to find out how I or they would know which order was mine. Finally got it after long wait, forthe price I could have went to a diner & got burger & fries quicker without chaos. Read more
This place is run so poorly that I have had orders with 'missing' items the last FIVE TIMES in a row. I only go there because my... son likes the breakfast and it is conveniently nearby my home. However BEWARE and ALWAYS check your bag before leaving withtakeout. Hash browns are left out, 2 for $5 items and they give only one. They waste condiments by giving syrup and butter whenI didn't order pancakes. The even mess up dine-in orders. Roy Kroc who founded the chain should haunt this place because for $15an hour-the crew is making mistakes routinely. Or perhaps the franchise owner encourages this behavior to fatten his bottomline? We came in and had to wait really long so somebody could take our order. Then when she took our order I was asking the price of... something and she just left she was ignoring all questions and when I was asking for my change she walked away and came backwith food two minutes later. When I asked to use a deal she said too late to meet with a big attitude. Read more
