I wanted to not give any stars. Maybe it?s my experience, could be a fluke, but this is the WORST experience I?d had at any fast... food establishment. Cold fries, stale buns on the sandwiches and high prices. The doors just closed 30 minutes earlier and walkup traffic was light. No excuse for this but it?ll be my last time buying here. Read more
Cashier was not taking orders. You had to stand in front of the large screen and place your own order. Then pay or go to the... cashier to pay. It's ridiculous. If you use the screen often then you know what to do. If you aren't familiar with the screenyou will get a bit frustrated. I went went two friends sat down to eat it is very crowded because its one block away from Luna park and across the street from... the train station in Coney Island. To many homeless people who doesn't give you to eat. It's terrible. Service is well. Works every day. At night you can't go... inside, but you can order your food from the window. Couple times they gave me ketchup instead of bbq sauce. Updated:no onecares about this place!!!! Read more
