I had to wait for my disabled friend who was in the restroom. I did not hear them call my number. When she came out, I walked... her to her seat. I went to the front to look on the screen for my number but did not see it. I waited a couple of minutes,and then I asked if they had called my number. It was called. It could have been called again to let us know our order wasready. In any event, the fries were good but had sat there and were warm. I didn't complain, I just ate them. My friendsorder was wrong. She asked not to have certain toppings, but she had them on her burger anyway. They fixed that situation. Itwas okay. Customer service isn't what it used to be. Read more
My word.... I never been to an establishment where the staff serves you based on their mood. That 6 am morning staff is unruly,... unpleasant, and RUDE!!!! Everytime I go to this place and order my food they have a nasty attitude. I was in the car with my 4 kid's just last night. I... ordered my kid's food in the drive though and they was nasty as hell. I asked to speak to the boss and the guy just walked away.They rude as hell. The next I'm going inside with all my kid's and making a big deal. Nice McDs. Most of the time the staff is polite and attentive and even friendly! The items I am looking for are usually in... stock. Unfortunately, Sometimes they tell you to go to the kiosk if paying with card which is fine if they worked all the time.I personally don't trust the kiosks but that's on me... Anyway I've had breakfast and lunch here and I appreciate that theyeven ask you what sauce if you happen to forget to mention it. This mcds doesn't have the long delays I've experienced atothers (*ahem* the one on the Ave) . It's also nice to sit in to eat your meal, although sometimes a bit too warm in there. Read more

This McDonald?s was pretty much like every other McDonald?s except for the fact that it had a drive-through and the person who... took my order was very polite and had very good manners. I can?t say much about their food but I did order a banana strawberrysmoothie and it was divine when exiting the drive-through take caution when driving back into the street because it?s slightlydangerous exiting the parking lot. I ordered just 1 meal. They told me the hashbrowns were not ready and asked me to pull up to the front of the restaurant. After... waiting an additional 8 minutes, they gave me my order and it was incorrect. It was someone elses order! I didn't realize untilI drove off and decided not to go back.
