This spot where Flatbush Ave Ext meets Fulton St has a cozy feel to it. You never hear about anything getting out of hand here... (disagreements), and that's good. I enjoy eating here when I'm passing through the downtown Brooklyn area. Just when you thinkcustomer service is at an all-time low, the staff here is always friendly. Don't really frequent fast food spots, came here with a friend and I definitely was just counting the moments til we left. Was... super hot, wierd smell, dirty as hell. Each table I looked at had some stain or another... sometimes visually identifiableother times just questionable beyond understanding. I feel bad cause it's obvious the workers are over worked and getoverwhelmed here so I don't wanna place too much of this on them, but somethings gotta happen to help them keep things on point,I know it's just a McDonald's, but it's still a "restaurant". Great place, but really slow service, especially at night, be prepared! What's special about this McDonald's is it's super... roomy, really conveniently located, there are online kiosks, so can take your time ordering, and most of all it's onlyrestaurant food place in area open 24/7!! I work late shifts in area, it's a saving grace, when you're hungry and need food lateat night. Only note, not sure if since it's night, but it feels very understaffed sometimes, almost always taking between 20 to30 mins to get our food, perhaps since it can get incredibly crowded at night. Would def recommend, but just be prepared towait a bit, highly recommend ordering through app ahead!! Read more

Without a doubt we were IMPRESSED. When you go to McDonald's, during the lunch rush, one usually expects chaos, incorrect... orders, sticky surfaces, the works. This particular McDonald's did NOT fit that mold. The ladies handling the front counterdominated their work day. There were a plethora of customers, orders coming in left and right, a "homeless man" getting ineveryone's way begging for food [with a WAD of cash in his hand], it was insane. Those ladies were calling out order numbers,handing out drinks, communicating with the back, each other, and the customers with precision and clarity that I have rarelyseen especially in a fast food restaurant. Plus the food was actually really good! I do have to give a shout out to the sweettea. Im from Mississippi and finding good sweet tea here in NYC is a difficult task.
