Slow service it could be better. Order fries on mobile app that took long...and at the register I order 2 fish sandwiches that... also took long... And no it wasn't that many people in there..started to get crowded after a while ...what happened was theywere taking care of the Ubers first... service needs to do better.. Read more
honestly the bar for going to mcdonald?s is already low but this has to be the worst mcdonald?s in nyc. they?re slow when no one... is around, but probably push the ticket times through so it looks like orders are on time in the system. i can appreciateworkers chatting with other but be for real, the burgers are already cooked? i?d rather go hungry. I have been here and I had an argument with the manager. I asked to open the bathroom for my pregnant wife. I said "my wife is... pregnant she need the bathroom" and the manager denied the first time saying "I don't have time for this, I can't open". Shebeen very rude. They can't deny the bathroom to customers expecially pregnant womens. It's agains the law. After the managergave access to the barthroom she said "It's the last time I won't open the bathroom anymore to no one". Hope someone report andtake action about that kind of behavior. Read more
Very busy location but busy location, as it is just across the street from one of NYCs busiest iconic landmarks MSG. Staff... members are very attentive and courteous. Orders tend to be accurate food tends to be always hot and fresh. Corrections taleplace swiftly and apologetically. Read more
I pay a higher delivery fee to order from a different mcdonalds. not once have i ordered from here and had sauce in the bag or... the complete order. on top of that, this is hands down the most disgusting mcdonalds iv ever been inside. Advice to managementwould be to hire a literate staff at the very least. Read more

Awful order accuracy issues, and this location is not using recipes - ordered a second time to get missing items delivered and... second delivery was incorrect. Fish Sando missing cheese. Frustrating. Read more
