Food is good but they always mess up the order with the special instructions and then it takes them forever to resend what they... messed up.This has happened three times and by the time they correct what they messed up the food is cold! Read more

I understand they are a fairly new establishment, but good customer service should begin on day 1. Now about the food... Small... sandwich, very little chicken. I ordered the ?Mexican Chicken? which is supposed to be a breaded chicken cutlet. It was breaded,but in the 5 minutes it went from the fryer into the bun and to the table the breading pretty much peeled off. Also I requestedfried onions in my sandwich, and my wife didn?t. Of course they mixed it up and were upset when I asked them to make my wife anew sandwich. We ordered the cholent to try and it was burnt. The kibbe and falafel balls were ok. All in all was not a goodfirst impression. I hope their customer service and food improve soon. Read more

Had terrible service. Ordered fries and took them half an hr to have them ready after we reminded them multiple times.
