I couldn?t wait to get to my hotel to write a review about Oasis. I ordered the shawarma plate, which came with rice, pita... bread, lettuce, pickled red cabbage, pickles, hummus and babaghannouge. All this was topped with one of the most delicious lamband beef shawarma that I have had. I am usually very skeptical about places that serve shawarma because some of them don?t servethe real deal. Some call sliced meat or chicken cooked on a grill as shawarma. Others serve shawarma that come drenched withgrease and tasteless. Not the shawarma at Oasis. This was even better than shawarma that I?ve had in the Middle East. It wascooked perfectly and some of the meat was charred and have that crispness that I love so much. The smoky flavor of thebabaghenouge complimented the flavor of the meat. I enjoyed every bite of my dinner. Give this place a try and you will see whatI am talking about. Thank you Chef Habib for caring about the food you serve. Read more

Oasis has the best falafel I?ve ever had. No competition and I?ve had a lot. All the fillings pair so well together and the... sauces are amazing. Plus you can?t beat the price at $5.5! Don?t miss out on trying their fries as well - they are also some ofthe best. No frills spot the food speaks for itself. Read more

Pretty average middle easter food. We ordered a falafel plate, chicken shawarma plate, and a kufta kebab plate. There is not... much service and the tables were dirty so we had clean them. The fries were good though Would not go again but pretty ok to stopby if you have no special plans or maybe take out. Read more

Went at Iftar time around 7 pm on a Saturday night and it was extremely busy, but the service was impressively quick and the... food was excellent as always. The merch is decently priced as well so we bought some fava beans and olive oil as well. I eatthere whenever im in Williamsburg. The best, most fresh and cheapest shawerma sandwich in Brooklyn. I was looking for a kebab or shawarma spot and hit the jackpot. No frills on the inside. All taste and flavor. Got the mixed... grill platter to taste the diff options. Very juicy meats and the pickled veggies were 10/10. Sauces were also on point andhomemade. Would be good for lunch, snack or dinner. Read more

My bf always said ?their falafel sandwich is so good?, but I've walked by this place for so many years before I finally went in.... What a dummy I was... Oasis is authentic and so much more than one good falafel. Everything they make is delicious, from thebaba ganoush to the stuffed grape leaves, to the tabouleh and the charred chicken and lamb platters. Their vegetarian platter isexcellent. They also have various groceries there, GREAT feta for $6, a Lebanese coffee that also costs $6 and now my bfdeclared it?s his his favorite coffee, jams, rose water and more. This place is the real deal. I can't believe I didn't go inuntil now. Don't be dumb like me, GO! Read more
